Default Strange problem: Ignition Switch?

My 95 90Q started acting strangely last week. When I would open the door to get out of the car, it would beep at me like the radio was still on or the key was still in the ignition. It seemed like something was sticking in the ignition switch. Yesterday it started to stick worse. It won't come back to the run position on its own and there is a fair amount of resistance when I try to turn it off. It also doesn't want to lock into the off position, but I think that is because the chrome button isn't popping back out.

Is this just an ignition switch replacement or is there something more involved with the cylinder? BTW, the car starts and runs fine. I expect that won't continue without further attention. Thanks...
