Everyone,
Thanks for the troubleshooting advice from my post a couple weeks back. Found the cause of my emissions troubles. Broken/missing vacuum hose. It was a hidden one. Had to take off the plastic connector to the intake manifold to find. Also cleaned out the plastic connector and the crankcase ventilation hoses that were all gunked up.
