Is there any way to get coolant out of the carpets outside of ripping them up?

and i had some puddles of the stuff in there from the previous owner. It took a good 2 hours per seating area to really get it all out. Carpet cleaner helped, but most of the work is done by the hot water. Let it soak in, then go back over it with the suction part of the hot water cleaner and really work the carpet. Suck up as much liquid as you can and then do it again and again and again...As much as needed. You'll notice that the coolant with make suds as your scrubbing, just keep at it until all of the subs are gone. A steam cleaner isn't as effective because what does most of the work is the hot water disolving the coolant. Good Luck

I mean, it came out, but not 100%. I would say 95% at most. Like I said earlier, I can get a wiff of it on really hot days and then for a little bit when heating in the cold.

Thanks for all of the help at the GTG! The airbag light came back on again, haha, oh well, we tried. I figure that i'll just wait till i pick up a sport wheel with and airbag instead of buying a new one for this wheel.
