Default Throwout bearing question

The throwout bearing on my 95 90Q has gotten really loud when the clutch is depressed. I assume that it is a sealed bearing and can't be externally lubricated without pulling the tranny. Am I correct? The car has only 76k and the clutch is otherwise fine. I hate to have to do a clutch job.

Default I get the same noise... but only during the winter. Everything sounds fine when it is above 40-50

I REALLY hope I don't have to do a clutch job. My car has 76k miles also.

Since I have a 95 90Q w/76k also, what does this sound like?
