I had post on here a while back, but didn't get a real answer to my question. I know that a timing belt will go 60,000 with no problems, but I would like to know the time frame. I changed my timing belt about 5 years ago. I would like to know how many more years that I can get from the belt that is in my car now. I only have put 31,000 miles on the belt. Anyone know if it will go to 60,000 with no problems. Thank you all very much !!

I'm with escargot on this one. I've seen cars bend valves that weren't suppose to, and cars that were not suppose to bend them. As far as I know 7A engines will bend valves. Moreover, if you do it a head of time you get to pick when to be inconvenienced.
