Anybody have a good method for removing the center bolt from the passenger side motor mount on a 95 90Q?
I'm replacing the starter, but I would like to remove the motor mount without destroying it. When I turn the nut, the entire stud turns with the bushing in the lower part of the mount.
I tried jacking the motor up/down, prying up/down, clamping the metal washer (in between the upper and lower parts) with vice-grips. Nothing seems to work.
I could probably tear into the rubber boot and clamp there, but I would like to not destroy it. I'm hoping someone on here has a good trick for this......

Well that sucks. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case.
Anyway, it looks like I have to buy the entire mount (aluminum block + the bushing) for around $70. Is there a cheaper solution? i.e. just buy the bushing and press it into the old block?
