I can't imagine the top strut nut coming loose. It is a nylon insert type nut, right? they will wear out after repeated use, maybe you need a new one if its been on and of more than twice.
Are you sure the top mount bearing is turning freely? Maybe its frozen/gunked/rusty and thats whats causing the self-loosening?
Bruch

This is using just an OEM strut top-mount, correct?
If so, is the slotted nut underneath done up tight (50 Nm) against the lower bearing race of the OEM top-mount first?
The very top nut then gets 60Nm.
I couldn't remember these torques so I just pulled these numbers from an S2 site, but they should be the same as yours.

Note: I no longer use the OEM strut top-mounts myself as they are so fragile and require such frequent replacement that their use is false economy.
I do agree with Bruch that a serviceable lock-nut should not loosen on you.
You could use blue loctite, but shouldn't have to.
Do you have this type of slotted nut tool to properly apply the torque to the slotted nuts (see photos)?
