Trans/diff question

I wanted to change the fluid in the diffs and transmission on my '88 90Q (5 spd), but my Bentley says "the transmission fluid should never need changing" and of course gives no procedure to do it. I did it myself with positive results on my old 240SX, but just wanting to know if the fluid is common/shared with the centre and/or front differential(s)? (14 year-old fluid can't be that effective I would think)

Specs listed at 20v.org are the same for your car. Capacities may vary slightly but not by much if at all.

Tranny/Diff Fluid

...and that runs in the tranny, front and center differentials. It's just a 75W90 Synthectic tranny fluid (GL-4).
This is the same thing as Audi specifing G002000 for power steering fluid. We all know this is hydrauic fluid. It is sold under the brand name Pentosin in synthetic and mineral types. There are also equivilent brands out there (i.e. Bilstien makes one).
The rear diff takes a synthetic 75W90 gear oil (GL-5).
