Trying to buy a used auto trans for my 93 90. How can I tell what code the used tranny is?
The trans is pulled from the car so can't look in the trunk or whatever. Are there any identifying marks on the trans case? Need to make sure it's a code CBV.

Check the driver side case, should have a code and/or serial number stamped on it.
