so back 2 years ago my foglight switch did not work, so i jumped the wire from the headlight fuse to the foglight fuse and made the foglights work. Recently, i looked at the foglight fuse, and the wire that i had jumped it with had melted into the fuse. so i changed the fuse, and still only the right one worked. Im starting to think with this jump, the wire to the foglight actually burnt. Should i not waste my time, and just rewire the left foglight, by splicing into the right?

Have you checked the bulb itself? Or the connector?
