Default Hard....Wiring, hardware differences, etc. You'd need both the B3 and B4 Bentley to even think
about doing that swap.

Default The general consensus here is that YES it can be done...
...but NO it's not worthwhile. You'd have to rip the car apart and to source all the bits and pieces is a pain (Not to mention costly as well).

It has been brought up several times that I can recall so I don't see why the search didn't yield any results.
