Order the Pentosin 11.
Once it arrives pour a small amount into a cup. Look at it, smell it, and get a good idea of what it is.
Then remove some from your Audi's steering res.
Place it in a cup or suitable container. Look at it for color. Smell it, see if the two are identical?
If not, try the same method with a can of Pentosin 7.1.
Or flush your current oil from your steering system and pour in the Pentosin 11.
This way you "know" for certain which one you got and which one to add.

11s is just synthetic with a higher operating temp...JUST LIKE THE DIFFERENCE between a high quality standard engine oil vs a synthetic engine oil.
the synthetic oil has a higher operating temp.
you can mix the two, just like you can mix std and synth engine oil.
you will just degrade the expensive 11s down to 7.1s levels, mabey a little better than the 7.1 depending on how much 11s you add.
SAME THING goes for DOT 3 and DOT4 brake fluid.
if you have a system filled with DOT 3, you can add DOT 4, but expect the boiling point to be at the DOT 3 level...
unless you have dome seriously high op-temps with track use, hydraulic assist brakes, and whatnot, you dont really need the 11s.
for my car, i actually use Febi/Bilstein fluid..$5 a liter...but i have an electric PS pump and vacuum brakes on my 90 sedan 20V...
