Default noise is just the belt a bit tight

the dude that did my car is their senior mechanic and that whirling noise as I kinda suspected was just the belt a bit tight. I have never heard it before since the last time the belt was changed I did not own it and it was well broken in by that time. He said give it a few K and if its still making the noise he'll turn it down a hair.
As for the seals, oddly they do not seem to be leaking much if at all anymore.
He said just keep checking, if you do see oil they will just have to be changed free of charge.
So far so good I guess even though it did cost me a bit more then I was hoping for.

Default your playing your (sig) game too much

It was basically about leaking cam seals and that Audi cams are so damn hard they will have very little to any measurable wear <500K so if you have leaks its the seals fault and/or installation.

that in a nutshell more or less.
