WATER on floorboards.

Every time it rains I get about an inch of water on the passenger site front and back floorboards. My weather strips are good.
Here is the question: There is a green hollow tube that runs below the carpet from front to back. Then it splits with a T connection next to the front seat. Do you guys know what that tube is for? Is that some kind of drain tube? It looks like it may be busted at the T connection. Is that what puts the water in my car?
Help me please...my car started to stink.

Have you made sure they are clean all the way to the bottom. Try pouring some water into the channel and see what happens. Quick questions, does it happen with or without the a/c on?

It happened to me with the air conditioning - I know, not likely in this case - but if you're getting a leak into the ventilation system and have a clogged drain, it could fill and drip out the floor vents. Check when you take a turn.
