Default Well, its been 350 miles after I replaced valve cover breather hose...

And I have not had to add any oil to the car at all! When the hose was cracked, I was adding around a quart every 600 miles. So...this looks like it fixed the problem.

Default Finally I'm not the only audi here that doesn't have a oil leak problem ;)

I love it when fixes are easy and simple like that...

Default I despise oil leaks! So much so.........

I fix all mine as soon as they occur! ;O)

All my Audi's do not leak oil! ;O)

Rod at TPC keeps me well supplied with seals!

I just did 2 gearbox drive flange seal last weekend!

Default So that makes three of us then!

actually I just based that comment on frequency with which I see people posting about oil leaks, and how much oil they go through every XXX miles!

I'm sure there are plenty that don't suffer leaks as well, but obvoiusly there's no point in posting "Help! My car doesn't leak oil"...

Default Yea, I hate em too. (More)....

Cab should quit leaking completely this week. I think the last leak problem will be the steering rack. Just got the seal kit from Audi for $60. Should drive a lot better too, the whole suspension is getting replaced. Oil leaks can wreck you suspension bushings, etc...

Any place to get a rear main seal with flange besides the dealer?
