Default In perfect condition aka: everything works, exterior/interior flawless

and in the high 100K range in miles, yeah I'd say $4500-5000 tops. If you're not in a hurry to sell I'd start listing it at $5k, work your way down if nobody shows interest.

Default Wow, that's very untrue.

I'd pay lots more for a car that has maintenance records than one with out. That being said, I bought my UrS4 with NO records except for a receipt for the big brake kit, which I could obviously see existed.

Default Good maintenance only helps keep value, doesn't add value

Just like a house - people pay more for a well-maintained house compared to a similar home in poorer condition. Some deferred maintenance will help cure that obsolecense, but it does not "add" value - it will only bring the price closer to what the market will bear.

With a car, a well-maintained vehicle in excellent condition can bring the top scale of what's listed in the NADA or KBB. There are exceptions, no doubt, that affect the price like where the car has resided, vehicle history report, etc. But maintenance history doesn't add any value to the car.
