... The two-way valve under the hood? (There are probably a zillion, so here's a description):
It is about 1" in diameter, located next to the heater core studs, in the center of the firewall. It is at the top, and it is a vacuum valve. It has a tube going in at a funny angle (which is atached to the nipple I broke off). I also am welcoming suggestions on how to limp by until I can replace it... Thanks!
