The 944 calipers bolt onto the CQ upright with only a spacer. Problem is in the rotor, the CQ uses too small of diameter and too large of thickness.

Any 993 caliper will work with the RS2 adapter, but there are cheaper alternatives to that particular piece of ferrous metal. I think that the A4 uses the same rotor offset as the G60 equipped sedans, so getting an adapter from some company that makes them for the A4 is also a possibility. You'd just have to get a two-piece rotor with a custom "hat" to match up.

Default well i spoke with anderson motorsports and they are working...

on fitting a boxter calibur with the stock rotor on a CQ.

they said they made a custom bracket and fit it with the stock rotor. He has the brackets, but will that boxter calibur fit my RS2 bracket?

how can i find all this stuff out? should i find a porsche dealer and just start mixing and matching?

because if i can keep a stock rotor and get boxter caliburs and my RS2 bracket, I would be in heaven!!!

Default The RS2 mount only works with the 2-piece Porsche calipers...

The monoblocs won't work.

Calipers, not caliburs.

Just a spacer, and there is a slight problem with the rotor. The 951/944 uses a thinner rotor (as well as larger diameter), so the caliper is configured to use that thinner rotor. One solution is to lathe the extra material off the CQ's rotors. The other, is to find a proper rotor, likely to be a two piece setup, which means more money.
