Usually pregaped (buy new rather than try to regap them) and snug + 1/4 turn is correct torque

Default The F6DTC's come pregapped to one of two specs. The 7A likes the smaller gap best...

I do not use a torque wrench, just a snug method, let them heat cycle once and check again.
