When I took the ABS sensor out, it was coated with some transparent/white solid greasy stuff... I'm assuming it's just white grease, but if it isn't, could someone tell me what it is. TIA!

if you took the sensors out, most likely the system won't work properly when you reassemble cause one will be slightly mis-aligned. I end up disabling the ABS on all my 90q's anyways... it's pretty oldschool... doesn't work well.
And the reason I have a red car with a black hood...
dad got the car safetied, drove it 500m up the street to the licensing office... and when we went to stop, the ABS kicked in and he rear-ended a truck. Had to steal the hood, latch support, and passenger headlight, off of my old black 90q parts car. A day later, I pulled out the ABS relay completely.

For the moment, I just used some brake clean and wiped off the old grease, but the bugs are coming out so I'll stop here for tonight. Next time I can get under the car, I'll put the new caps on, grease those babies up (with a thin coat of grease :P) and pop them back in.
