sometimes it slips...it has happenned twice. So i guess i need a new Clutch, but it's gonna cost ALOT just for the parts, and i really don't wanna do the labor.

Yeah, its helluva lot of money and extensive labor. Cost me almost 2 grand, I picked up a really strong clutch because I may put NOS in. Found a used flywheel for 510.00 USD. Good luck. My best piece of advice is have the clutch installed at a gas station, not a specialty store. I already learned that lesson.

How olds the car?
Probably the clutch master, or slave cylinders.
Rare if the clutch disk is bad! Audi over- engineers their clutch's. I raced my Coupe, with its stock clutch, and never wore it out!
The V6 12V has the large clutch, at 240mm.
You'd have to be very abusive to the clutch to wear out the disk!

Clutch was worn from me learning how to drive stick on it, and just normal wear, and the flywheel didn't like burnouts I guess, pretty burnt.
