That is the bearing for the acc. belt tensioner - simple thing as i said and there is no way on this world i am paying $200 for that

Well it is allready updated. This is the bearing for the new tensioner. I took it out today to check it out because i noticed a noice when you spin it. I do not need to buy the whole tensioner because of a stupid standard bearing -
It's NTN 6203LH - at least that's what it says on the seal.

generally the updated wheel should last for ages. i replaced my whole system because the spare (unless wheel) was totally shot.
can't say offhand where you can get a spare for the wheel in the kit besides a dealer.
