So I get all the tools one would need for such a project, and there are a few extras I feel are mandatory to be found...mmm...Red Stripe...

So, everything went very smoothly, except for the speedometer needle. Thing was a true bitch. The pin came out, but the needle was still attached. So with a plyers and QCRAZY's alternate method of holding the pin and rotating the needle CCW from his stellar write up (link at bottom), it came off. However, I now have to still do more research on how to fix/recalibrate the speedo. The spring attached is still together, but not sure how much tension it needs, and have tried various "strengths" to no avail...I'm closest now, but speedo is about 15 mph off and slow to react. May have permanently FUBAR'd it...not much info on it.
Anyone have experience with the speedo pin coming out from the bottom of the cluster? Brdman*?? (Thanks again BTW!! They look GREAT!)
So here is the how it looks in various stages. Still have to add trip/ACheck as soon as I find a switch and white connector...

They've got some dark and light spots, especially near the cuts for odometer...and the fuel and temp gauges seem to bleed together throughout..but overall, they turned out quite nice I think. Opinions??
If I could only get the speedo back to normal!
