A short time ago I posted a developing project.
Its a rear anti-sway bar, which fits inside the rear axle beam. Its only for "2 Wheel Drive" Audi B3 & B4's. Sorry Quattro's.
The device stiffens up your rear axles "roll" and gives the car a more "neutral" steering feel.
Testing on the device is concluding & production may begin depending on interest?

$229 for my car
Your Audi 4000 or 80/90 model has a significant amount of understeer under aggressive or track driving conditions. As you push your Audi through the corner, it starts to plow forward as the car rolls into the turn. The BLAUfergnügen! Sport rear sway bar significantly eliminates understeer. We feel we have a perfect balance with our 22 mm diameter(quattro models) or 15.8 mm (FWD models). You will experience flatter cornering, and reduced body roll. This upgrade is recommended for use with sport springs and shocks. However, this sway bar will work good under stock setup. Installation is quick and easy. Just drill (4) 3/8" and (2) 5/8" holes (qauttro mdls) or (4) 3/8" holes for the FWD models. No welding is required! Kit is a complete bolt-on!

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/6607/rearsway.jpg"></center><p>Mines more "stealthier" ;O)
Fits up inside the axle beam!
No extra parts needed!
Weighs less!
Does the same exact thing the external bar (Blau's) does, but better!
Mine would cost 50% of Blau's! ;O)

I wish I could.. I was just throwing numbers out.
I could probably make one for $30 worth of parts and labor, but not interested.
I would be interested to see what you come up with.
