will a rear door from a B4 fit a B3?

The rear doors are the same as far as I can tell, the B4s having speakers in them...but a '93 90s...
...panel looks just like a B3s (sans speakers of course).

And to back that up p/n: 8A0 833 052 B (rear right door) is the same P/N for...
...'88 through '95 80s/90s (and quattros).
As is 8A0 833 051 B (rear left door).
