Window regulator, how to wind cable in spool?
Hey all, I've seen absolutes great post on replacing the regulator. I am trying to avoid paying for a new one as it still works, but the cable slipped out of the spool. Anyone know how to wind the cable up properly, I've tried a few times and can only get the window to go up about 1/2 way then it starts coming down.
or can i convert this to manual? the dealer is askin $216.00(can) for the regulator cable assembly 895-837-725B. 1990 CQ

so no-one knows how to wind up the spool?
I dont want to replace it, I just can't figure out how to wind the cables properly, maybe I'll just jam the window up, but that will be horrible in the summer, anyone have a suggestion?
