www.034motorsport.com is a good place to start, lots of go-fast goodies for 5 cylinders

Default Ummm...

I have a B3, so some of this might not be too usefull for B4's, but:

Sways: My stock rear was 14mm, swapped it for a 26mm front bar off a 4000 quattro. My front is already 25mm, so i havent looked into changing it. I think Neuspeed also has a 19mm rear kit, not sure about availability tho (Edit* just checked 2bennett.com, they have a 19mm for the Coupe... thanks Irrr!).

Shocks/springs: Blaufergnugen has a selection of H&R springs, Boge/Bilstein shocks(good luck if you have a B3 and want Bilsteins from Blau...).
www.eshocks.com is another source for Bilstein shocks.
www.shox.com for adjustable Koni shocks.
www.2bennett.com for coilovers, Koni shocks, H&R springs, camber plates, delrin bushings...depending on model of course...

Strut mounts: http://vintageaudiperformance.com is the ONLY place for performance/quality upper strut mounts with top notch customer service (BTDT, along with MANY others on this forum)

Poly Bushings: Big rear diff and engine snub mount can be had from 034 motorsport, i heard of a supplier from australia (or something like that) for poly subframe bushings, although the more i research it the more deadends i come up with... maybe someone here has more info?
Dont know about poly control arm bushings, but 034 has delrin bushings along with aluminum subframe bushings. They also have solid motor/trans/diff mounts...

That should give you some sites to surf, like i said i'm biased towards the B3 chassis, but some of the stuff carries over to the B4's. Oh ya and one more... www.20v.org has some good info in the Upgrades/Enhancements section!

Default thanks for the info... the car in question is a 1991 90q, so a late B3

it won't be mine, but I'll sure have an integral part in modding it so I'm helping my buddy out by doing some research. thanks for the info!

do you have a write-up on how you got the 26mm front from a 4k onto the rear of a B3q? is it' just a direct swap?
