Won't start when engine runs: wipers, turn signals, heater, cooling-fan...
I have an Audi 90 2,3 NG (1991). All these mentioned parts won't come on when the engine is running. Anyone who have experienced this same or similiar problem? Do I have a problem with any of the relais?? Plz help

The car cuts electricity to auxiliary components when there isn't enough voltage getting back to the battery to charge it. It's how the car keeps the plugs firing, getting you where you need to go.
Check the battery cables, and see how much voltage is getting to the battery while a buddy holds the engine at about 2,000 RPM. I have a feeling that you won't read much over 12.8 volts.
You need to figure out why. Battery shot? Bad cables? Alternator shot?

Sounds like the X relay is not powering up those accessories. The X relay cuts power when terminal 50 (starter circuit) is engaged. Also check to make sure the ignition switch is not bad or they key tumbler for the ignition isn't sticking and not fully returning to terminal 15 (key on) position. Usually if you wiggle the key, it will return to the correct position and sit where it should, which allows the X relay to turn on.
