Default See? I warned everyone here. The seller's a POS... steer FAR away! Looks like the seller...

was going to try and end the auction early if he didn't get the "Buy It Now" price and didn't have a reserve/minimum price set so he could get the kinda money it would take to actually buy it. Then missed the deadline for ending the auction early. The buyer "should" get this wing for $190.50 but the seller would rather continue to be a crook than honor his Ebay agreement or this auction which he bears sole responsibility for orchestrating. The buyer, while certainly less than glowing/stellar feedback has done nothing wrong in this auction. Only thing he's guilty of is bidding/winning.

Additionally I cannot find anywhere in the ad where the seller stated; "I reserve the right to end the auction AT ANY TIME" as he claimed in the feedback response left him by the buyer.

Too bad/so sad... just another in a long line of victims.

Default Yikes!

The winning bidder "could" pursue this, but EBay itself is less than stellar at following up on deadbeat sellers. I''ve tried doing this and you get a canned response telling you good luck and do it yourself basically.

Yeah well you & I know his story so it's no big revelation. Disturbing.
