he (my dad) has also seen ppl pulled over by POS rusty dented 1980's Mazda pickup ghost-vehicles. U can't trust anything any more.

My second to last ticket was courtosy of a dark grey Grand Prix. He entered the freeway beside me just as I was pulling out to pass a line of cars (this is exiting the Massey Tunnel, for all you locals). So yea, it was pretty much game over right there. He was probably Richmond detachment.
