The engine "whine" in the speakers.

next i guess would be to shield the RCA wires, and make sure you got a REALLY good ground on the amp (helps if the amp case is grounded too)
also try a noise supressor....

You should run a ground wire from the deck to the back of the car, grounding it at the same location the amp is to reduce chances of a grounding loop.
Also don't have RCA & power wires on same side of car, run 1 on driver side & 1 on passenger side.
ps - "Illusive90s" is right, Audi usually uses brown wires to ground.
