Default I have a 94 90q, my dad has...

a 94 100q, both are equal in terms of reliablility. The suspension on the 100 seems a bit more robust.

I think 100s are a little more reliable

Default 92+ 100s have the same engine as 93+ 90s, heavier car, slower...

...build quality is about the same. Only major differences between size, is the 100s had an option of dual front power seats, Bose sound system, 10-CD changer, etc...90s seem to feel tighter to me, 100s have wayyyyy too much roll.

Just my $0.02

Default they have a few more electrical options...

mirrors that lower in reverse, all windows close with central locking, much bigger back seat, huge glass moonroof (with multi-position switch), aux gauges standard, tilt/telescoping wheel, autocheck, interior lock switches, etc...

Default Only with the memory seats (for the dipping mirror), the seats don't fold down on a C4 though...

...the preselect **** is on the '91 CQs with the glass sunroof, and the C4s only have two aux. gauges, oil temp./pressure on 92-94s, oil temp./voltmeter on 95-97s. Some B4s have autocheck, most do not, more B3s had it.

Default Yes, test drove a 1995 sport quattro here in Denver, this one had...

...leather, remote entry, power/leather drivers sport seat, automatic climate control, so maybe it's part of that package. The one I just bought has the manual sport cloth seats, manual CC, no remote entry -- so no minicheck.

<IMG SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/42983/95_minicheck_package.jpg">

ETKA shows that it's an option/part for 1995s...
