So the EML came on and have been trying to diagnose the issue. Ran a scan and got the above. I have tried a few things and a summary of the misfire numbers is below.
Changed fuel filter and checked air filter
Replaced coil and plug in cylinder 3 Replaced plugs in cylinders 1,2,4
After this point i tried injector additvie and it helped a bit but then generally returned to normal with the EML coming on a few miles after driving and obvious feel of misfires. I have checked the voltage to the coils and all around 12V
It looks like cylinder 3 and 4 are the culprits with the odd misfire in 1. I don't really know what to suggest next, perhaps the injectors.
Other info that may be useful
Low fuel pressure, specified value 580 kPa High fuel pressure, specified value 5MPa Fuel pressure 4870 kPa High Fuel pressure, regulator output value -0.13 MPa High pressure pump injection volume -17.77mm3 Fuel pump, specified value 48.36%
I also have an A3 so took a look at the values on that engine 1.4TFSI 2017 High fuel pressure, specified value 14 MPa Fuel pressure 13900 kPa High pressure pump injection volume 7.27mm3 Fuel pump specified value 39.44%
Both engines are close to the high fuel pressure specified value, however the A1 high pressure pump injection volume is a bit suspicous as it's negative?
