Default Mac's Own...I will never go back, I currently have a G5 tower dual 2.5s and a macbook pro dual1.83
If you really have a hard time picking it up sign up for a mac class at one of the apple locations near by. My Father did it when he switched and it helped a life long PC used feel way more comfortable
