Thanks for your help!
I sent a letter to AoA explaining my situation and asking if I can be accommodated in any way. Hopefully all goes well! I'm just afraid this car will come out costing more than I thought/planned for/would like to spend. :-(

That's great that your dealer involved you!
It's unfortunate about the seats. There's nothing they can do about those because of the laws. I don't remember your story fully, does the 3.2 have power lumbar? Maybe you can get those some how?
