2.0T Carbon Deposit issues

I know the 2.0T burns oil and has carbon build-up issues in the cylinders...But I had no idea my car would need a top end overhaul at 35K!
Apparently if you put put around all the time your chances of early carbon build up increases substantially. Guess I'll have to stomp on it more often :-)
Valve heads are coming off today and then they manually scrape off all the carbon. Good news is I have a new Q7 demo. Love the 3.0T
