Downunderwonder

Can anyone tell me how to fix this. I've tried pulling the fuses. There has been a few threads on this but no real solution to this A3 problem.

As soon as i turn the car on the gauge says full. Occasionally if the car has sat for a while it will read 3/4 of a tank but every re start it hits full again.
