2006 A3 FWD Wheel Bearing Torque specs
I'm sorry to have to post this but I have searched everywhere with mixed results. I'm replacing both the front and real wheel bearing assemblys on my A3. I do not have a Bentley and would like to know the torque specs for the front and rear. The job does not look difficult, but I know the correct torque is critical. Also and wrench sizes would be helpful. I read on another forum that the rear has a single '11 star' bolt, but then saw another DIY and it looked like a standard type of bolt (probably prior to 2006)
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Perfect. I will try and post pics and steps. I traded my TT in DEC and love the A3. Although I miss the AWD, but still beats anything Japanese. No offense anyone

Getting ready to do the work. The real bolt requires a special Audi socket. I believe I located it here. Unless anyone has options I think I need to buy this:

There are also special bolts (4) for the front hub. I could not locate that on this site. Any suggestions? It looks similar to the rear (triple square)
Thanks!!!!
