For the life of me I can't figure out how to remove the plastic cover that goes between the two front fenders along the windshield. You need to take it off to get to the ECU and presumably to change the struts.
I've got the wipers off, I can lift up the forward part but I can't figure out how to get the rest undone and don't want to break it.
Suggestions?

I'll answer my own question for those who are in the same boat
Remove the rubber seal
remove the wipers, you'll need a puller tool
Then somewhere near the center stick something underneath that reaches up to the windshield end and pry gently "straight up" and it'll start to move. Then work it around both ends until loose
Take the two windshield squirters and pry them from the tray and slip them through
The tray fits into a vertical slot that is on the bottom of the windshield which is why it has to go straight up.
On re-installing clean the slot out really good in case some junk got in there and then press in by hand.
