Default 2009 Audi A3 2.0t Quattro - Mechatronic Unit Problems

So I recently bought an 09 A3 with known trans problems, in limp mode, etc. I got it for dirt cheap and would be fine with slapping a used trans in it if I have to. I used vcds and found a code like “Lost communication with transmission control unit.” So I unplugged the connector on top the trans under the airbox and found DSG fluid sitting in the connector. I cleaned it out to bone dry and cleared codes. It drove like a champ, 500 miles later, went into limp mode again, cleaned it out again, cleared codes and its driving fine. I haven’t driven it since, needs a mechatronic/valve body, since the connector is attached to it. It is leaking thru the connector/pins not the outside. I have a used mech unit from a 2010 VW Jetta, same trans. My part code for my valve body is 02E325025AMZCK, the jetta’s part code is 02E325025ATZF3. My part code has been superseded like 4 times to 02E325025ATZ3Q. So the newest one and my used one have the same part number besides the last 3 which is the color code. They look exactly the same. You think if I slap the Jetta Mech unit(same trans code) in and code it right it would be good to go if this one doesn’t leak either?
Thanks
Hunter
