Hi everyone. I'm been considering purchasing a 2011 A3 2.0T with higher miles and I very detailed list of service records. I'm aware of the 2009-2011 lawsuit with Audi / VW and the oil consumption issues of the 2.0T engine. I'm finding very little to no evidence the A3's of that year were NOT affected and it was only A4 / A5 / Q5s. Can anyone confirm?
Thanks so much for any insight.

Well, it appears I've partially answered my own question by calling Audi USA customer care (which I didn't know you can do). I gave the woman over the phone the VIN and she verified this class action oil consumption lawsuit only involved A4 / A5 / Q5's - the 2011 A3 was NOT part of that lawsuit.
Now, just because it was not part of the lawsuit mean it still won't have any oil consumption issues? Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated. Cheers!
