So my driver side projector headlight lens is dirty/fogged up and needs to be cleaned. I have taken the bulb out and cleaned the inside of the lens with a long handled cotton swab. But it back together and found out its dirty on the outside part of the lens. Would the only way to clean this be to take the whole headlight housing apart? Would love to not have to go through all that trouble.

Any ideas?
