2012 Audi A3, base model. To preface this problem has happened the last 2 summers, I've refilled the freon myself as has an auto shop so it isn't that.

My AC doesn't blow as cold as it once did but it does work and the fan blows strong. The heat works no problem.

When temps are 80-90 degrees I don't have any issues other than I wish it was blowing a bit colder like when I first got it. The main issue is once temps are really high, 95-105 out, the AC stops blowing cold and starts blowing hot like the heat is on. Any thoughts on where to start troubleshooting or what might be wrong? Trying to get ahead of it before it's 95 and humid and I'm sweating my ***** off on the drive into work. Thank you!!
