Is anyone still having problems with trying to update there Nav?
I had contacted Audi (month ago at least)and they initially said they were having problems but now its fixed.
I've tried everything including what Ive been able to find on the forum. The download gets to verifying application then locks up. I have to force quit, to get out of the download attempt.
Running Mac OSX El Captain 10.11.2, Java
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Had same issue on my S7, problem was Jave disabled in the Safari options (Apples last update disabled Java in an attempt to force web developers to move away from Java)
If you go into the Safari preferences menu and select: Security-->make sure Enable JavaScript is checked, then go to Plug-in Settings, and select Java from the list and check you have Audi.com as "always allow" under the configured websites list.
Took me 3 days to figure that out!
As an aside - I couldn't get my MMI to update via SD card. If you put the download onto a USD stick, you can update that way also, just select USB as the update source in the relevent MMI menu.
Good luck...

Im not around the corner from an Audi dealer, I guess I may need to make the trip.
