If you do a retro make sure its for a reflector.
That means you need a D2R bulb not just a plain D2...
Or you can get the whole housings like someone just posted the numbers for.. and get the real HID kits from ebay.

Hey, good to hear there are a few driving around up here in Northern California.
I just picked my Black A3 MT6 up last night.
I would love to find a Xenon upgrade, too. I didn't get fog lights on mine, and unfortunately, it looks like I can't add them after the fact (unless I go after-market).
The only complaint I have so far is the missing quattro... I'm wondering if I'll want to upgrade in a year or two.
