So I'm just wondering what companies I should be looking at for this? I would rather wait a bit for something safe then use some companies stuff that‼sup>TM</sup>s just been put out there.

or other stuff by the same company? How reliable are they and how many clicks should you wait until installing a chip?

Hoppen has the exclusive on MTM in the US and along with that, a fair dose of arrogance about it. Aside from that, it's a chip programed while still in the ECU which means sending Hoppen your ECU. They may even be sending ECU's to MTM in Germany for this. If you can wait about 3 months or so, you will begin to see flashable ECU tuning for the 2.0T from the usual suspects. Milltek has an exhaust for the A3's in the UK. You might want to call Stratmosphere and see how long it will be until they start bringing them in over here. I'm betting not long at all.

The Exhaust isn't cheap but the chip is damn cheap! So MTM would be one of the best?

When my father got his first A4 1.8T I did the same thing with his using TAP, worked great!

The same (if not better) results will be available from tuners like, REVO, GIAC or APR in a matter of minutes from you local dealer for at least $100.00 less.
