I'm assuming that the available Turbo and SC kits for the TT and R32 will also run on the upcoming A3 3.2Q correct ?
I see VF's works, but it says only for the MT.
Is that because the DSG in the A3 won't hold the bhp/tq ?
How did HPA get thier TT with DSG to hold so much power ?
Also, the HaldexPP will work ?
Or will the new A3 3.2 get the newer Haldex version ?
thanks,
kj

I'm also on my 3rd Audi.
I'm just trying to find out how the new A3 will handle.
I don't want something that is always FWD biased.

It's just the U.S. ecu limits torque for whatever reason. HPA got around it by swapping out the DSG U.S. ECU w/ a Euro version w/ launch control.

http://europeancarweb.com/features/0511ec_auditt/</a

that it can handle twice the amount of torque it is designed for,
Hell, just look at all the tiptronics that started failing once owners started wurpassing that 250ft/lbs limit.

Again, its absurd to think that you could surpass the manufacturer's specified ratings by a huge amount and not see any adverse affects. Replacing the wet clutches in the DSG is impossible as of this moment.

there is no driver to press the throttle at the wrong moment and slip the clutches excessively/ overheat the clutch.
