I've had a lot of faults with 2.0TDI since March 04, have just had it replaced with a nearly identical 2.0TDI this week. Just before I gave old one back the clutch was slipping sometimes under heavy pressure. My new A3 is juddering when engaging clutch on pull away, seems it will need a new one, only done 250 miles! Was told today by Audi Technician the new A3 especially TDI is suffering from weak clutches, it's my 4th A3, wish I never touched the new style A3, I've had 2 lemons now !!
