There tends to be a dearth of 0-60 numbers for automatic equipped cars in the bottom ranges, simply because auto makers don't want weak performance results to muddy the image of their cars. I had to take some data from 3rd party testing on the Mazda and Volvo. It is also unclear how Volvo measures the volume of the luggage area.

Default I'm sure if you call the dealer they'll know.

Don't know if they have any lower rates to clear out 06's yet.
Anyone know when the 07 models come out?

Default You think that's well packaged?

Thanks so much for posting this. Yes, the A3 is well packaged, but take a look at the Golf!! The only suprise is the weight.

If a four-door R32 were available in the US, I'd pause, but as it is the A3's still right for me.

Default Re: You think that's well packaged?

I don't get the cargo volume:

Luggage space
*GTI 15.1
A3 13.1 cu ft (actually 12.4 on Audi site)

These are basically the same car and the Audi has a longer rear overhang. I'd expect them to be the same or the Audi have more. Where did the 2 cu ft go?

Default Maybe because of our raised floor bottom? I would bet there is close to....

2 cu ft in there above the spare
