Hi - I'm thinking of getting at A3 Tdi 130 - but have been tempted by the A3 Quattro Tdi - anyone have one? Is it worth it?

yes great car, fast and economical, great handling - sports suspension gives the impression of grip which far exceeds performance. MPG is worse with the quattro, but performance is better, so I think gearing must be different, (as well as extra weight).

I purchased the A3 tdi 130 a few months ago, and my cousin bought the A3 tdi 130 quattro a month before me, they are both superb cars - apart from the 4 wheel drive - all other bits are exactly the same...

Depends if you really want a 4 wheel drive motor...I am totally impressed by the 2 wheel drive...

Thanks - test driven the A3 19.TDi (130) Sport 2WD - superb - feels a lot safer than the Golf 150 PD I tried out last week!

Don't think I'll bother with the Quattro! Just beed to order aircon & fog lights amd it's virtually the same spect then.
